How do I bid?
– We’ll send you an email to let you know when the bidding starts, or you can enter your details in the eligibility widget above to get started.
– You can place your bid to upgrade up to 10 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, if you are flying from Jordan, or up to 18 hours prior to departure for flights from all other destinations.
– You can change or cancel your offer while the bidding is still open, given it has not already been accepted.
Did I get an upgrade?
When the bidding ends:
– If your offer is accepted, your credit card will be charged with the price you offered, and you’ll receive an updated boarding pass during check-in.
– If your offer is not accepted, you won’t be charged anything and can continue your journey with your original booking details.
